Cool Shopping Cart Interface

Baggu sells reusable shopping bags. Their shop has a simple interface that makes it really easy to visualize what you’re purchasing.

Reusable shopping bags are a good way to cut down on our consumption. I bought the beautiful gray one from BagTheHabit for my girlfriend for Christmas.

Hey Patrick! How’s life treating you? Keeping an eye on Euro 08? I completely agree that simple is better these days, and that most web pages try to offer way too much information and clutter up their pages. I personally think I like the design of the second site you linked to, “BagTheHabit”, better. Mainly this is due to the slight spacing between the bags and lack thereof on Baggu + the all black text on Baggu. Price + description + buy link could be more eye catching, but my biggest problem is the link. Today most buttons are images or standard blue links with or without underlines, and keeping this all black might make it easy for a simpleton like me to miss that this is an action, not just information. Same goes for the View Cart. On the other hand I really like the size of the Price and Buy button, especially as those are the 2 most important pieces. Finally, I didn’t know what the Pouch was, until I went to the about page and looked it up. Might be useful to add a little something about that under the welcome, without adding too much clutter.

    Later Gator.

(BTW, i never noticed this comment box has a spell check, its very well done)
